The service and hospitality that the staff provided. Shout out to the senior gentleman who wears a spectacle, he was so attentive and ensure our stay was smooth. Also the lady who was wears a red glasses, very friendly. The breakfast spread was also a delight with wide varieties options. A great start of the day after the breakfast. Thanks for the welcoming gift and making our stay memorable.

Terrific experience- hands down the beat hotel in Florence

The hotel it is perfectly located within the historic centre of Florence. All attractions are witgin 5 to 15 minutes walk, actually some are just opposite the hotel. The hitel was clean, service was good, rooms are spacious and clean... just perfect

The staff at Hotel Rapallo were always greeting us cheerfully and also assisted to quickly print our train tickets when we were in a rush to catch our train to the next city. The hotel room was clean and cosy. Breakfast was a nice touch!

I have never felt so valued as a VIP guest throughout my stay in Itay. I highly recommend anyone to stay here. It is just a few mins (less than 5 mins) walk from Firenze S.M.N., located next to Basilica di Santa Maria Novella and few mins walk to Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore. Great hospitality and central location.

Everything was perfect, except some minor details. It's related to one particular staff, but details matter when expectations are set so high. (1) I asked to arrange Uffizi tickets, which they kindly did. But there was no mention of any payment method. Eventually, only upon checkout, I was asked to provide cash only. You would think they could have mentioned this to me at the point of booking, otherwise I just assumed that I could pay by credit card to the Uffizi directly on ticket collection,...

Hip hotel with huge and clean rooms centrally located in Florence, with excellent facilities within the hotel. Do note that a fee of 30Euros is required even for drop off if you are driving your own car in after 7pm.

Excellent location just 5 mins walk to tram station. The hotel is very high tech with proximity card sensor very clean and looks modern. The staff was excellent throughout our stay and went above and beyond to assist us on everything from breakfast help, injury assistance and even as a guide to the city. The aircon is very cold.
