"Air conditioning doesnt work. The air stays at whatever temperature the outside air is."

"Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The only issue we had was requesting for basic hotel room items such as slippers and dental kit was chargeable. There was no room service to bring items to the room and we were asked to go down to reception to pick items. No bottled water in the room fridge. Location was 2 waterbus stops from the main railway station and was really convenient."
