"Lovely hotel, beautiful linens. Staff outstanding. Location for staying put or travel couldn’t be improved. Subway is below the hotel, restaurants, shops and surprisingly a serene atmosphere outside the hotel. I felt was the area for makeup and hair wasn’t large enough and drawer space was sparse. Lovely window treatments (automatic) with outstanding blackout."

"Beautiful luxury hotel. The room was spacious for our family of 4. The hotel is a very large property with a Lawsons and bowling alley inside. There is an onsen and gym but the onsen incurred a fee to use it and the gym didn’t allow anyone under 20 yrs old. Breakfast that was included consisted of 3 different restaurants to choose from. We only tried the American ones but they still included Japanese options. Be aware that the Sky Bar has gorgeous views of the Tokyo Tower but drinks are crazy expensive. We just sat at the bar which was free but they charge you a fee for seating near the window or at a sofa lounge. Location was decent and near a subway station entrance. We would stay here again. "

"Mega Hotel, toller Preis, nettes, freundliches Personal. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer gebucht. Achtung: Zimmer ist sehr klein, aber normal für Tokyo, also nicht überrascht sein oder so wie das spanische Pärchen vor mir, dass an der Reception reklamierte, wegen der kleinen Zimmer. Alles sehr sauber. Und neu. Zirka 20 Autominuten von Disneyland. 10 Min von TeamLab. Das kostenlose Frühstück ist sehr überschaubar (Suppe mit Stück Brot), aber kostenlos. In unseren vier Tagen gab es nebst der Suppe auch ein Chocolate au Pain und einen Schokoladen scone. Beides super lecker. Bei der Kaffeemaschine (Jura) kann man jederzeit Kaffee rauslassen. Hotel hat perfekte Lage. Runderhum tolle Restaurants/Kaffeestores. Auch 7/11 ist in Gehdistanz, wo man sich die feine Smoothies holen kann. Nur 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. "

"We had a terrible time doing business with the staff. Our flight arrived early then they’re checking is at three in the afternoon. They didn’t accommodate us not one bit. It was all about money. We didn’t even get water for sitting very difficult to charge our phone. I wouldn’t advise this hotel to anybody. I know they were very unsympathetic to our needs once again. It was all about money in this hotel. The rooms were like in a closet. The bed was the biggest part of the room I couldn’t even go to the bathroom standing up was difficult every inch of that hotel is all about money. I had a terrible experience. I will never go back there again."
