The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond. Special shout out to Trinh who gave us some koinobori and made our little ones very happy!
Location was great. Nearest Donki is a 20 minute walk, which helped when we needed to buy an extra suitcase last minute.
Coin laundry was a bonus especially with a young family, and the rooms were nice and large. Theres also a lovely rooftop terrace.

"We love this hotel so much. The spa with pool is fabulous. The rooms are immaculately clean and large with very comfortable beds . The staff are super attentive and helpful. Food is delicious. 5 stars all the way. We have stayed there 4 separate visits now and we will do so again when in Tokyo. Wonderful "

It's walking distance to the Akasaka district which there's hundreds of restaurants to chose from. They have a lot of English speaking staff which I find helpful. "
