"I cant express enough how much i LOVED this hotel. It was wonderful. The location was amazing. The room and view fabulous. The staff so caring and excellent. The only place in Tokyo i would stay from now on. My first visit to Japan and the history and service at this hotel was outstanding. The concierge reached out before hand to see if i needed reservations something i very much appreciated - love love love"

"Check in is available only 3pm or later. They will stowaway your luggage. Room was large with 3 twin beds to accommodate our triple occupancy. Bathroom was very large with a tub and separate shower. The shower was weirdly shaped and made less room for the toilet. This was our only hotel with a bathtub as well as a toilet in the same space (most offered the toilet with a tiny secondary sink in a separate room). Some of the furnishings seemed a little outdated or less refined."

"We recently stayed at the ANA InterContinental Tokyo and had a wonderful experience overall. We booked a Club Room, which gave us access to the Club Lounge. This was definitely worth it, with a great selection of drinks and delicious nibbles available throughout the day. The food quality was excellent, and it was always a pleasant place to relax after exploring Tokyo. What really stood out was the staff. Wow! Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, professional and attentive. Nothing seemed too much trouble, and they genuinely went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. The level of customer service was among the best we have experienced. The only downside was that the swimming pool was closed for the entire week of our stay, which was a little disappointing, especially given the warm weather. However, this did not detract too much from what was otherwise a fantastic experience. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return. A big thank you to all the staff for making our visit to Tokyo so memorable."

"A beautiful and new hotel, the staff are super great. The amenities are pretty good and included bike parking. For a luxury hotel, the restaurant could be better and the pool had a lot of rules (e.g. you must wear a swim cap). Overall it felt a bit uptight and hard to fully relax, but that also could be a reflection of the clientele."
