"The location is excellent, and the staff are incredibly polite, helpful, and kind. Our room was very spacious for a family of five, and the amenities provided were of high quality. The hotel is situated in a central area with numerous restaurants nearby, and it is conveniently located just four to five minutes away from the train stations. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others without hesitation."

"A brilliant hotel in a lovely area of Tokyo with an easy access to the underground that will take you anywhere in the city. We had a large, comfortable room overlooking a nice courtyard. The bed was comfortable and the aircon was not too loud. The room had a coffee maker and a kettle. Coffee, tea and complimentary water bottles were replenished daily. The room and the bathroom were spotless and the staff were exceptionally helpful. There were also complimentary juice and soft drinks and bath salts and cream sachets for guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone."

"I would recommend staying at Otani New Garden, it was our first time in Tokyo and we booked a deluxe triple room for the extra space. The room and hotel was lovely and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and the 400 year old gardens. We asked for a mattress toppers for the beds which were provided with ease, as our bodies weren't used to the harder beds! My daughter enjoyed the room service as after days of eating delicious Japanese food she did want some home comfort food like bolognese which she gave 5 thumbs up to. Overall the staff and team were excellent and friendly. The location was walking distance to 3 different train lines which was great and we enjoyed the Akasaka area being a 5 min walk away. We would love to stay there again when we return to Tokyo."

"Really good hotel. Only thing I would say is rooms are typical small Japanese rooms. The AC NEEDS to be able to go below 70 degrees! Other than that I loved my stay regardless."

"Akasaka train station is under 20mins walk away from the hotel. And lots of restaurants and bar to go if you feel like drinking. Shibuya station was 4 stops away from akasaka station. The neighborhood is pretty chill too. I like it all in all for convenience."

"I have to say that I’ve seen many hotels in Japan, but the staff at this hotel were very friendly during the evening. They offer apple juice and green tea. They also offer some facial amenities as well as bath salt the areas located near Lawson 711 in the Starbucks and the train station."
