"The staff was very helpful guiding us through our check in and checkout. They also helped us fill out the luggage transfer forms for our oversized luggage & directed us to the correct Yamato location nearby. The room was very clean and was comfortable. There was a good amount of space for us to open luggage compared to a lot of other Tokyo hotels. We also appreciated the hotel providing QR codes for all the appliances to translate to English."

"Nice clean room, good spot with easy access to the train station. Just across the road from lots of shops and restaurants. Staff were really lovely and the bathroom was bigger than usual for an inner city hotel in Tokyo so that was nice! Just stayed here for a night before flying out of Narita aiport (5 min walk to Keisei line which is fastest way to get to Narita). "
