Had an overnight layover transiting through Narira Airport, so chose this hotel as it is literally across the road from the Keisei skyliner airport train stop. Express check in and out was quick and simple and the room was comfortable. Would recommend.

Very helpful staff. Convenient location with the public transportation. It is two minutes walk to Ks01 Ueno station (Skyliner to Narita airport) and six minutes to the other Ueno station.

This is a super convenient location, practically inside Ueno park, you can see the lake from the room, also Ueno station is very easy to move to almost anywhere. The breakfast included is also very good. The only downside is that elevator can be slow and the hotel is open air so in summer it can get hot while waiting for elevator.

The room was the tiniest room I have ever stayed in by the time we put the suitcases in the room there was hardly any room for us. The double bed although comfortable was pushed up against the wall on three sides so the person nearest the wall had to disturb the other person to get out. There were several times when there was not enough seats for breakfast and we had to wait for others to leave. Some of the bread was stale, and there was not much choice to eat. The hotel is kept immaculately clean and the cleaning staff were very friendly. I would only recommend this hotel to single people because of the size of the room. It is in an excellent location.

stayed here for a night after landing around 5 at narita, great location! right next to train station that connects to narita express, and literally 200m away from the ameyoko street for food after dropping off the luggages, you can easily knockout ueno park and the museums from here, and it’s very close to asakusa / akihabara

This hotel is amazing as the staff are super friendly, helpful and the hotel is super close to the train stations and walking distance to Ameyoko market. Room was very clean with great air-conditioning. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel on our next visit.

Great location, great hotel, breakfast ok but room extremely tiny. Can’t be 2 ppl In the « room » at the same time and can’t open your suitcase… took us some logistic ! Either way it’s a great place to stay ! Won’t recommend if you are claustrophobic!

Staff were very helpful. They lent us an iron and ironing board so we can press our clothes that got wrinkled during the trip. After checking out in the morning they helped store our luggage until we were ready to leave for the airport that same day. The room staff were very accommodating in changing our bathroom towels almost every day and taking our garbage as well. It would be nice for long term stays to have a self service laundry facility. Their location was key as the Keisei Skyliner and local train station was just across the road. We didn't have to drag our luggage into full trains. The view of the Shinobazuno pond was very nice from the 15th floor. Will for sure return to this hotel on our next trip.

The view of Ueno Park from the room was amazing. Staff were helpful with getting us checked in and out. Breakfast was fresh and basics for Japanese and Western breakfast choices were available.
