Great location. Walkable to Ameyoko and other areas. There are many restaurants and stores nearby. We had a lake view room on the 15th floor and the view was great!! We enjoyed our stay.

The staff were incredible, the view of Ueno Park and the city was stunning (especially at night). Super convenient location. So many spots were walkable from there. I wish the bed had been more firm but that's because I'm accustomed to western style hotel beds.

The room was very small for two people, but it was clean and convenient enough. The staff was really great and the fact that they keep your bags for a day before check in or after check out, is a plus. Also located in front of the station and very close to shopping and restaurants.

Good and convenient.

Room was ready and clean. Check in and out were very convenient. The location was also very convenient. it was just opposite the skyliner and subway station. Attractions and shopping are nearby.
