"Great location"

"The hotel is located above a very diverse shopping mall and down the road from several others even more diverse. The only real issue with the Hotel That was negative was the fact that when you enter Funan Mall you really have to search for how you find the Hotel… There was one left that went to 4th floor and that was opposite McDonald’s but there was no signage anywhere else of how to get there or where it was. I wasn’t the only confused person – possibly a bit confused cause I’m over 75 - but as the lift came up a very confused young man hesitated before leaving the lift until I encouraged him and said lyf was here and directed him to the right: so confusing for the 20-year-olds as well as the seven-year-olds better signage necessary. The room was very comfortable but you needed a degree to work out how to get CNA on the TV amongst the host of channels you could’ve signed up to. "

"Pool views are incredible, hotel condition is excellent, clean, kept up to date and modern. Buffet breakfast has a good variety, something for everyone. Would definitely stay again."

"I had a Club room so i could enjoy the Club amenities and a bath tub, and those exclusiveness adds to the experience. The location is great! Next to Don Don Donki and Fairprice, as well as walking distance to Lau Pa Sat, Tanjung Pagar and Maxwell Hawker Stalls. However, what’s holding me back from giving 5 stars are 2 weaknesses: The gym is the size of a room- when I was there there were 6 of us and it’s too crowded already; the breakfast was forgettable. Coffee was watered down, food was tasteless, spread was thin. Breakfast is complimentary to the Club residents but you may as well skip it and eat out if you have time."

"The pool was rundown from the pictures on the site. The staff was friendly but not very engaging. We had issuses with the power in our room turning off frequently and that is because we were sleeping and the moton sensors didnt believe we were there so it shut off the outlets and AC. Not good if you are relying on a cpap to sleep. The wifi is iffy at night and i couldn't get internet often. The location is wonderful however. The over all experience was that the hotel is in a growing up stage....an adolescent trying to be a grown up but not fully successful. "

"Have to upgrade on maintenance. Not enough staffs for everyday housekeeping. Every three days housekeeping is not good. Need to check throughly with safe because we have to call two separate days for dying out safe battery. Laundry room needs to upgrade with more big washing machines and dryer. Washing machines are too small. "

"My room was downgraded but not discounted. The manager said we do not have more room for what you booked. This once a luxury hotel is badly managed these days, cleaning does not have enough people so at 4 PM your room is still not cleaned and tidiness generally failing having hair in the bathroom and white towels being yellow . I like the location being of a part of a mall, however my loyalty is over. For such money you can do much better in Singapore! "
