Excellent customer service from Daniel and Reece. I absolutely loved the family room, light and airy with a comfortable bed and pleasant window views. Five stars for the delivery and quality of the evening meal I ordered.

Only one lift working for the entire hotel, where only one person is allowed in at a time. Nightmare when the hotel is over seven floors. My husband had to fix the toilet as wouldn't flush. He had to clear grime and dirt where the water runs away from the shower in the wet room floor as the water wouldn't drain (for some reason we were put in a disabled room) disgusting state of the bathroom. Moving onto the breakfast, now we understand restrictions with covid but being handed a brown paper bag with a small box of cereal, small warm carton of juice and milk, a stale roll, crossiant and small tangarine is a bit extreme. Icing on the cake though was asking for a vodka at the bar to be told they had run out and this was on a Sunday afternoon. Definitely do not recommend.
