"Everything went well. Great friendly staff, clean rooms and great breakfast. Also the shuttle is a great feature, saves time from getting stuck in traffic and no worries on having to look for parking in the Historic area. Made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely recommend."

"Room was very clean. Service was great. Price ( we booked early so that might matter) was great. Include drinks, parking and breakfast and was delicious. Micro complaint the soap and shampoo were so low end it would make Walmart jealous. So yes micro complaint… hot water was tricky in shower, but probably old plumbing , etc. "

"This is a very nice property, clean and on the “main drag”. The best part of the hotel is the staff, from checkin throughout our stay, the desk staff was super friendly and helpful. Also the breakfast was excellent, and the young lady preparing the food was very nice and helpful. I’d stay here again. Lastly, though not in the “heart” of downtown St. Augustine, it was easy to get down. We took the Old Town Trolley, which was great. Look for Texas Tim to be your driver! "
