"The hotel was really great. Large bed, clean and spacious rooms, good location very close to the airport train stop, strong wi-fi. Also, we got complementary coupons for drinks in the hotel bar. There was an issue with my security deposit release as I don’t have American credit card, however, when I called them an agent patiently worked with me and at the end the deposit was released."

"Everything stood out for us. The hotel is impeccably clean. All staff members that we encountered went above and beyond and were very pleasant to deal with. We have stayed at other hotels in Miami that were also nice but this one really stood out. The location is perfect and everything that we enjoy is within walking distance. Will definitely stay at this hotel again and have already recommended it to others."

To my surprise, they upgraded me to a beautiful suite on the 23rd floor with a stunning partial ocean view (Room 2304A) — and it truly made my stay unforgettable. The suite was bright, spacious, and impeccably clean, with modern touches that made it feel luxurious yet comfortable. Waking up every morning to the ocean right outside my window was magical. The atmosphere throughout the resort is peaceful, stylish, and perfectly Miami. Whether relaxing by the pool, enjoying the beach, or simply unwinding in the room, everything felt effortless and relaxing. Thank you, Solé for making my trip so special. I can’t wait to come back!"
