Air conditioning was a god send. Lovely, fluffy towels. And very good water pressure in the shower. Multiple plug sockets in reachable locations and a USB port!! Looking forward to our breakfast in the morning. Will definitely remember this hotel for my next visit to Cardiff. "

"Lovely stay, was nervous as some reviews were not good but surprisingly had a great experience. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The place was clean and well maintained. Our rooms were great and had everything we needed. The place was clean and the bed was super comfortable good nights sleep had. We had a/c which worked well. Breakfast was included which was great value. "
