One of the best places that I’ve stayed in. Room was clean, neat and spacious, it was also very beautiful ( 5 star hotel vibes). I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were also kind and helpful. Reception area was something I looked forward to every morning, just pour myself a cup of coffee and relax as if I was in a lounge area, it was a wonderful experience (chill vibes). And the bar is 24/7 so after a long day of site seeing, coming back to have a beer before retiring to my room was so...

We had booked a night here for one of your stays over our honeymoon in England, and instantly regretted only having one night! Simply incredible place! Quiet, romantic, relaxing, amazing breakfast, superior staff - we took our bridal clothes there for photos and they were more than happy to allow us extra time to wander the grounds for pictures. If there was one downside it would just be the bed was too soft so we both sank down into it quite considerably. However this was only a minor detail.

lovely charming building in an excellent location. Breakfast was tasty and hearty. If I had to quibble about anything at all, wifi was, at times, spotty, although generally ok.

Staff were very welcoming and warm. Room is luxurious, clean and charmingly decorated. L'Occitaine soaps and shampoo. Only a 6 min walk from the coach station, near Cabot shopping area. Would stay here again.

It’s a very nice and premium hotel for a family.
