"The room was decent for the price. The toilet didn't flush, you had to remove the top cover and pull the metal. "

"Very clean and most staff was very helpful. If you are a smoker and happen to smoke by an ash tray, LOOK OUT! Security will make up the rules as they see fit and decide where the smoking sections are. Front desk person was like a zombie and when I asked if our room had a view, she said “yeah”… we had a view of the loading dock, and a loud HVAC unit right next to the room. We’ve stayed here for three years in a row now, but this may be the last. Hidden resort fees that pop up after you’re stay as well. Well, maybe not hidden, but doesn’t really sit well after you just spent a few few thousand on it. "

"This was not nice or worth the cost! The building inside looks 39 years ol. Cracked tiles and baseboard everywhere. Mold in bathroom ceiling. Dirty walls and doors. Just looked and felt very dingy. Worse hotel I have stayed in awhile. "

"I will look for something better for my next visit to Phoenix. "

"The outside was trashed. Someone tried coming in my room at 4am. I checked out a day early and still had to pay for that day. Will never return "

"Clean room "

"The staff was very accommodating when we asked to change rooms. Our first room was very old and the capet was stained and in terrible condition the screen was hanging off of the slider to the balcony and the security latch to the door fell off. There were phones in the room but they weren’t plugged into anything so I had to drive over to the lobby for help changing rooms. Another issue was the extensive noise from workers and leaf blowers and construction from surrounding properties. It was not a peaceful stay at all!"

"Upon arrival, found no hairdry and notify the front desk asking for one. The front desk staff say will deliver one. However, no hairdryer delivered. The next day. asked the same staff at the front desk for hairdryer and replied already delivered but will do for the 2nd time. Yet, still no hairdryer delivered after a few hours. So. I have ask for it for the 3rd time to the same staff at the front desk to get the hairdryer. It seems that the staff training is desperately needed on this property."

"The property was spacious, and my unit was as large as an apartment, so I had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was great, but the best thing about it is that I went down there to see spring training games, and its location just north of Phoenix meant that I was within a half hour of all of the ball parks! The people running the place were very nice as well!"
