"Fabulous location and very clean and modern. It’s like a tiny bedroom so not a room to lounge in all day but perfect for exploring the area. My only suggestion would be to have a locker on site you could leave luggage until check in."

"This was a great place to stay during our 6 day London trip. Located on a peaceful street minutes away from three tube stations and Paddington Railway Station, getting around was easy. It's also very close to Kensington Park and a number of museums local pubs and plenty of shops.
The room was everything we needed to do some laundry, heat up some food, with enough room to sit a relax. Well worth booking the Space Apart!"

"We did like the location a lot. The place was nice but be aware the it is on the 3rd floor( USA 4th Floor 😉) and no elevator.
Also it was hot in London (July 2026) and no AC and in the apt was only a small fan. Small windows that you can only open a 1/4.."

A nice hotel. The room itself is small but has a lot of amenities. There is a kitchen with utensils, microwave & dishwasher available in the room. There is also a washing machine unit inside the room.
The hotel itself is a close walking distance to several train stations. There are also a lot of restaurant available nearby.

Walking distance to Bayswater and Queensway Metro. Big Tesco nearby and lots of halal eateries. Cooking utensils provided to cook. Easy self check in/out procedures. Fast response for any queries. Nice room and bed. Washer/Dryer easy to use. If possible to request first level rooms. No stairs to climb.

Hotel welcomed us warmly by giving us a cute handwritten card with London iconic attractions, together with a bottle of wine.
We felt very welcomed and happy to stay in this hotel. Service was also prompt when we needed something by calling the front desk. Staffs were also friendly.
Might stay in this hotel if we were to go back, and happy that we stayed here for our anniversary.
Just that the corridor is a little dim, and that the nearby attractions would mostly require taking the...
