Wonderful location, been returning to this hotel ever since the first time I stayed at when they just opened. Though the rooms have some wear and tear over the years, the service, cleanliness and everything has been consistent and spectacular. Hope the property would consider to do some refreshments to the room to upkeep the furnishes.

Good value for what you get if you are on a budget. For around HKD600 a night with breakfast, modern and clean surroundings and polite staff the value proposition is good. The downsides are: no MTR station in the immediate vicinity (not an issue for me as I prefer to use Uber for moving around), breakfast buffet spread is basic and limited and the ac is too cold and cannot be adjusted (I got around it by turning it off sometimes). The only place in HK which provide customer service and the staff are all very friendly. Going the extra miles to show you the way, giving you recommendations on where to go and when the room type which i booked is unable to add a extra bed, they provide me a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room as it’s my birthday. The size of the room was great. They give kids amenities such as kids utensil and kids bedroom slipper. Only 3mins walk to MTR station and there is ding ding tram right behind...

Will stay again. Highly recommended. Room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff are polite and efficient. 5 minutes walk to causeway bay. Nearby eateries provide convenience. 7 eleven right across the road The bed is too hard for me. Pillows are too soft. Needs improvement on this. No swim pool in the hotel.

Fantastic location

Booked for Harbour view king bed for 4 nights fm 2-6 May. Check-in was smooth and their services were fantastic. The room was big and the view was awesome too. MTR station (exit P1) within 3 mins but still need to walk around 5-8 mins underground to reach the main control station. Overall, the stays were good and we enjoyed it.

Near to MTR station, bus services and bus to/from airport.

I was apprehensive at first as I wasn’t familiar with Austin Road or this area as I used to stay around HK central when I visited. However it turned out to be an excellent choice for a solo leisure traveller. I stayed 4 days 3 nights and these were the positive points : 1.
