Although the staff provided fair service but I asked for 115V adapter to charge my devices and they did not provide it. "Lovely property in Wan Chai. Close to a number of good restaurants, the ding ding stop and walking distance to the Causeway. Quiet rooms. Really excellent staff. Breakfast buffet was top notch. Air conditioning system was a bit odd; couldn’t figure out why sometimes it was quite chilly and other times warm even when the temp was set to 23C. Overall, a great stay."

"The property is at prime location. The staff is friendly and helpful especially Jenny Lam who always have our best interest in her mind. She allowed us early check in and late check out. The room facilities was good and meet all our needs. Highly recommended this hotel for those who visit Hong Kong."
