Traveled with 3 yo and 1yo. I booked for 2 days and ended up staying only 1 day and checked out. Overall horrible experience and never will stay in any Coldio property when visiting okinawa. The good: - washer and dryer - good water pressure - large trash can The bad: - impossible checkin process. Never received qr or 6 digit code. Nobody is there to help. Cleaning staff and person over the phone spoke little to no English. - dusty under the sofa, bed - table is too dirty (woven wood making it difficult to clean) - very loud environment (loud car noise until 1am at night) - lot of light pollution in the room. The coldio sign in the mirror lights up in bright blue. Very annoying when sleeping. - TV only shows like 4 channels - not soundproofed well, gets very annoying when upstairs kids run around - Dadami and bathroom are half step up so my kids ended up falling quite often, safety hazard especially in the corner.

Everything was wonderful. The rooms are super clean and the communication for any mishaps are quickly resolved. The beds are a tiny bit hard but that’s just my personal preference. Otherwise, it has been a great stay

Overall the place was great, it accommodated our family of two adults and three kids nicely. My kids favorite part was the pool. The staff was kind and helpful. The only down side was: sitting down to eat on the tatami mats was a adjustment and the stiffer bed was hard on my back. Even with that it was still a great place to stay.

洗濯機乾燥機あるからプールや海に行っても洗濯がすぐ出来るので便利です。 4月中頃はまだ猛暑じゃないので温水プールにしてほしいです。冷たすぎて入れませんでした。 見た目はマンションっぽいですがホテルより便利かもしれません。 また利用したいですか？の質問があれば間違い無くはい！です。

照片看起來空間很大，與實際略有落差，而且床鋪為單人床，非加大，要住滿11人有點擠，但整體還算舒適，浴廁有兩套

Very new and clean Kitchen is extremely clean and well equipped with utensils and cutlery Washing machine provided with detergent Got 2 toilets and bath tub which is so nice and crucial for group of people

年末年始に利用しました！ トータル良かったと思ってます。強いて言えばキッチンの道具がもっと充実してたらって感じ。食器類も少なめ。

아쿠아 팰리스 차탄 후기
로비에서 체크인을 하는데 상주직원이 없어 태블릿 하나로 모든걸 해야합니다. 이 과정이 좀 어려워요.. 체크인 후 방 배정받고 주차자리 찾아서 차 옮기고, 번호키 눌러서 입실하면 됩니다.(번호키가 고무재질인데 짧게 톡톡 눌러야 잘 눌러져요) 방도 넓고 세탁기, 건조기까지 있어 장박에도 유리하고 아메리칸빌리지 걸어서 10분거리라 접근성도 좋습니다. 적극추천할만 하구요, 다음에도 기회되면 또 방문하고싶은 곳이네요.

대가족이 숙박하기에 좋고 호텔 내 1층 이자카야가 정말 훌륭해요.
무인 체크인이라 조금 번거롭긴 했어요. 예약번호가 메일로 오지 않아서 당황했는데, 마침 직원이 계셔서 무난하게 체크인을 했어요. 참! 호텔 1층에 '足'이라는 이자카야가 있었는데, 아주 훌륭했어요. 두번째 날은 만석이라 배달해서 먹었어요.

整體來講係好好。 有洗衣機乾衣機 方便 廁所有兩間👍 喔獨房間少 只得一間及聽兩張單人床及榻榻米 話可以住十多人 - 真係10人有啲難度

立地も良く清潔感がありとても気に入ってます。 昨年に続き２回目の利用です。 水回りがとても綺麗なので快適に過ごせます。 乾燥機もあるので最高です。 屋上からの見晴らしも素晴らしいです。 今回はアメリカビレッジで花火が上がり、すごく綺麗に見れました。 ありがとうございました。

家族4人で泊まりました。 コロナ禍にぴったりの非対面でのチェックイン、チェックアウトができ、しかもとても簡単で良かったです。 部屋のロックも暗証番号の入力でしたので、鍵をなくす不安もなく荷物にもならず快適です。 食事は感染対策としてスーパーで買った沖縄ならではのお惣菜を部屋で頂きました。お皿もカトラリーも十分に用意してあり、電子レンジもあるので本当に快適です。 ただ、ひとつ気になったのは、屋上プールで飛び込みやアシヒレを付けて泳ぐ等の禁止事項をされている方がおり、注意してもらうにはどこに言えばいいのかわからず、少しモヤモヤしました。 それ以外は最高です！ ホテルより余程良いと思いました。

大人5人子供1人で泊まりました。 部屋も広くて綺麗でした。大人が多いのでトイレとバスルームが2つあるのは便利でした。食器用だけでなく洗濯機用の洗剤も置いてあったので助かりました。また、歩いて2分ぐらいの所に百均があったので何かと便利でした。 1Fのご飯屋さんも美味しかったです。 また利用したいと思います。
