1階にフリースペースがあり、ゴハンを食べたりゆっくりできるスペースがあります。ドリンクはフリーで水、コーヒー、コーンスープ等が飲めるので助かりました。快適に過ごせました。ありがとうございました。

Quiet & safe neighborhood. Location is convenient enough, 5 mins walk to Osaka subway & 12 mins walk to Shin-Osaka (which is the only Shinkansen stop for Osaka). Rooms are clean & well maintained but space is a premium. No daily housekeeping but not a problem if you're not messy. In-unit washer & a shower room that doubles as a heated drying room for your clothes makes this perfect for extended stays.

とても快適に過ごせました。

帰省で家族３人で利用しました。帰省10日前でGW前にホテル探しをしてここを見つけました。交通の便が良くホテルの周辺も24時間営業のスーパーもコインパーキングもあり助かりました。また洗濯機が設置されており、洗剤も用意され浴室乾燥があり大変助かりました。トイレ浴室別で快適に過ごせました。また帰省の際に利用させて頂きます！ありがとうございました！

Spacious and comfortable room for two.

Very nice spacious room with comfortable bed, cooking and laundry facilities. Nice eateries nearby, close to subway station and about 15 mins walk to JR Shin-Osaka station. Helpful staff and have vending machine with free hot and cold coffee!

호텔서비스에 감동^^

새로 오픈한 곳인지 상태가 너무 좋았습니다. 빌라 건물 전체 하나를 매입하여 호텔로 리모델링 했나봅니다^^ 일본의 전형적인 일반 오피스텔 입니다. 레지던스 호텔이라고 생각하면 될듯하고, 니시나카지마 미나미카타 역에서 도보 500미터 정도 입니다. 생각보다 멀다 느껴지겠지만, 그 정도는 동네 다닌다 생각하면 수월합니다. 다만 바로 근처에서 편의점은 못봤으나, 놀다 돌아오는 길에 편의점 사용하면 되니 문제 될 건 없는듯 합니다. 메일로 주는 설명도 자세하고, 밤 8시 이후에는 스스로 체크인 해야 하는데 전혀 어려울 것도 없고 1층 문앞에 와이파이 비번 바로 있어서 당황 할 것도 없었습니다. 무엇보다, 지금 일본 전국이 찜질방 같은데.. 매정받은 숙소에 들어갔더니, 에어컨을 미리 켜두고 가셔서, 호텔측 배려에 감동 받았습니다^^
