"My stay at this hotel was very pleasant. The staff was very nice and helpful, accommodating everything they could to help guests enjoy their stay.
The location is very convenient, 12 minutes walk from Soen subway station which takes you pretty much to everywhere is Sapporo.
The room was very clean and cleaning staff were very meticulous in organizing the room. Very nice stay and I will come back again.
Thank you."

Beautiful onsen. It will be good if the breakfast selection can alter everyday, maybe adding one or 2 new dishes. Overall good. Will recommend to friends.

Jozankei Yurakusoan was easily one of the highlights of our stay in Hokkaido. From the moment we checked in, it was clear that a lot of thought had gone into creating a relaxing and memorable guest experience. Every little detail from the warm hospitality to the thoughtful amenities made us feel well looked after.

Had an amazing stay in this hotel. Just a short walk from JR station (it is just beside the station), location is superb. Staff is pleasant and helpful. The room is spacious and bed super comfortable. My husband and I enjoyed our stay.

I wanted to let my three kids experience what a hotspring is like, and started planning a trip to Hokkaido half a year ago. We initially wanted to try out Niseko, because the reviews were good, but I later found that it would be difficult to connect easily from Chitose Airport to Niseko. In the end, we opted to stay two nights in Sapporo, take a bus to Jozankei, and stay two nights there. We were not disappointed. We enjoyed building snowmen in the day, and soaking in the hotsprings in the...

Walking to Susukino takes about 7-10mins at a leisurely pace. Wifi connection was excellent (able to stream of Youtube videos at 1080p). Hotel staff were very courteous. Room was functional.
Only downside is only 1 small pillow provided in the room.
Would definitely stay in this hotel again!

The rooms have excellent view but a bit dusty. Food was good but the same menu everyday, so there’s nothing to look forward to. Rotating meals every 3-4 days would be nice.
