Fantastic stay for our trip to Oxford! The apartment looks brand new and was very spacious, modern and comfortable! Easy parking on site. Melanie is a wonderful host and gave us lots of info on getting around and where to eat. Continental breakfast with tea/coffee, juice and local jams was a nice touch! Easy to catch bus into city center (7-10min) or 30 min walk. Would love to return and highly recommend!

Delightful Apartment
Delightful and very comfortable apartment. Lovely welcoming details such as flowers, fruit and nice food for breakfast. Presently impressed with the offer. I highly recommend it. Easy to get by car with access to nearby village pubs but more importantly a 10 min bus ride to the city centre. Lovely place.

Top quality
Melanie was fabulous, very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. We stayed in apartment C, which was very comfortable and the decor was lovely. The cooked breakfast was great and plenty of it although there were other options if you don't want a full English. Would definately stay again if going to Oxford.

Lovely apartment with fantastic hosts
We had a great 2 nights. The owners were very welcoming and accommodating. And the room was stocked with bread, milk, eggs, yogurts croissants, orange juice, aswell as the usual tea coffee. As soon as we had settled in we were encouraged to come to the main house prior to heading into town where Melanie provided local tourist guides and highlighted attractions based on what we said we would like to do during our stay. The town is only 10-15 minute bus journey away, with multiple bus routes covering the journey. Would highly recommend

A very warm welcome
Communication with the host prior to our stay was brilliant. Melanie was so welcoming when we arrived and provided us with refreshments whilst we waited for our appartment to become ready. She also provided us with information on how to get in and out of Oxford and places to visit and eat. The appartment was very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed.

The best of the best!
Amazing hosting from Debbie. Didn't realise the amenities that were supplied in terms of food and drinks so that was a great surprise. The property was spectacular and so clean. The bed was huge and very comfortable. It was also very close to the center with a small yet lovely walk and lots of shops and pubs on the way. I accidentally caused some damage to the property and this was sorted straight away and I was treated so kindly with understanding. Would definitely recommend! My favourite place that I've stayed.

Highly recommend
Really enjoyable stay. Host Melanie could not have been more helpful or accommodating, even offering us hot drinks and pastries on arrival and lots of helpful tips on visiting Oxford. Well located on main bus route. Lovely property with on site parking and tasty breakfast with choice. Would definitely return.

A true hidden gem. Probably one of the nicest B&B’s we’ve stayed in for a while! Couldn’t fault it - the room, the food, the location, the hospitality. Definitely will return!

Fantastic service and room! Our hosts really went above and beyond to make the stay amazing. The luxurious touches like fresh cut flowers in the room and delicious coffee made the stay really special. 10/10, would recommend to anyone!

Totally Excellent
The apartment was spotlessly clean and all furniture and fittings top quality and tasteful. Fully fitted kitchen with fridge, oven, hob, dishwasher and washing machine and all necessary cookware, crockery, cutlery etc. Melanie had stocked the fridge with eggs, ham, cheese and milk and some other bits and pieces, plus there was plenty of tea & coffee. Furniture & bedding very comfortable and all rooms spacious. Mel was very welcoming and it was a relaxing stay. Oxford city centre a short drive away (plenty of parking at the Westway centre). Highly recommended and we would be more than happy to stay here again.

Apartment A is a 5 star. Bedroom very large with king bed, walk in closet, TV, 2 bath robes. Living room has TV and tourist info, Kitchen has burners, oven, microwave, fridge and washer/dryer and is fully equipped with dishes and equipment. There were fresh fruits and flowers on the table. The whole place looked new. Melanie was friendly and helpful. We wanted to stay longer than our 2 days and thought we would make this a home base and use the train to travel to other cities but she was fully booked. This was by far so much better than all the other hotels we stayed in during our England vacation.

This accommodation is very clean and tidy. The welcome pack was much appreciated and very thoughtful. It was in a great location for getting around,close to the city centre yet only just off main ring road. We would use again if we need to come back to Oxford.

Stress free break
