The check-in process was smooth and staff are friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious, comfy and clean. Same for the shower/toilet - very spacious and clean. There is a basket of complimentary snacks in the room, also bottled water and if the water finishes within the day, there is a water dispenser in the corridor. The swimming pool was also great to chill at. Relaxing and you can have food/drinks ordered from the bar counter served at your seat by the pool. Overall, peaceful location and...

It is a case of “if it’s reasonable” the staff will get it done! Examples: 1) We booked an early Mangrove Tour, so breakfast would be before opening hours. No problems - juice, bread and fruits were delivered to be stored In our room fridge. Main breakfast meals delivered early before the tour! 2) Wife & friends interested in the herbs in the garden. No problem, a guided tour by a knowledgeable staff was arranged. The ladies loved it. 3) Loved the tour of some of the villas of their...

We just spent 8 nights here over the xmas break. It's a fabulous hotel with great facilities. We particularly loved the beach view we had from our room balcony, where we chilled most evenings pre dinner. The location is great, there is an extensive breakfast buffet & the staff are super helpful & friendly. Highly recommend.

The villa is very spacious.it has nice view and staff was super friendly highly recommend this villa☺️☺️👌

Staff are all friendly.. Place is clean & accommodative. Love the ambience.. the only thing for myself is the tv channel doesnt have much movie channels like eg HBO & all.. Spa quite expensive.. Swimming hours till from 8am - 8pm quite short for the end time.. toilet bathing area water keeps choking which manually i have to adjust the drainage water input & lastly the toilet bowl of only having the bidet system is quite a hassle as it would better to have the bidet spray would be much easier to...

Clean room. Good view. Quiet. Good service

Place was homely as there' s only a few units. So pool not crowded. The 2 bedrm chalet was clean & spacious wz big backyard for you to hang yr wet swimsuits .Gd eating plz , Minimart & Massage are also nearby & they provide laundry svc. Nearby beach was under a lot of construction last Dec when we came but Cenang beach is a very short drive. We went for 101 Paradise for great pvt beach experience though. The Fuuka Villa owners are friendly, humble & accomodating. They hv a cute giftshop at...

Overall is great

The staff CONSISTENTLY went above and beyond.

Happy & satisfied with all especially People & Staff, food, and closure of attractions, well done. The Only advice is to make inn / hotel name attractive - it took time for us to find it

The hotel was really good, the room was clean and large. Our room was facing the beach and close to the pool and coffee house.

Before I booked for this hotel, I was unsure if the rooms, services and facilities are as good as it mentioned in the ads as there were quite a bit of bad to fair remarks made by previous guests. However when my family spent our Christmas holiday there, everything was quite amazingly - Perfect! 1. The hotel staff are courteous, professional, friendly and helpful. 2. Service is highly efficient and even at times, beyond expectation. 3. Good spread on breakfast table - everything fresh and...

highly recommend. bathroom is wonderful - spacious and clean. (but no water heater). room is not too small. also has a lounge area. location is great - away from the bustling cenang beach but still convenient as it is only ~5mins ride away or ~15mins walk.
