Where do I start. No hot water or even no water! Cockroaches in shower! Holes in sheets. No shelving for storage. WiFi non existent. Extremely noisy, however it is near a main road with lots of drunken & drug infused people! We were informed breakfast started at 10.00 am, however at 10.15 nothing was open! We were booked in for 3 nights but informed staff we were leaving the next morning. Staff rang manager who promised a 2 night refund once her marketing staff opened the email from Expedia. Expedia extremely helpful but nothing forthcoming money wise from hotel. Make your own opinion of this hotel. It's more like a grubby hostel than an expensive hotel. Not value for money in any form

Bei meiner angelegenheit würde mir sofort geholfen ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen .ist zwar etwas weit vom strand aber für mich gerade richtig ich möchte mich im urlaub ja auch ein bischen bewegen und nicht aus dem Bett fallen und am strand liegen
