Relax place to stay. Keep up

Our stay is very close to lunar new year and there is construction work on site but noise is not great, perhaps due to reduced work prior to the new year. There is nothing much to do in Desaru as the red flag is raised daily at beach dur to jelly fish. Only the small swimming pool is usable. Buffet breakfast has a good spread. Not much to say about the limited ala carta menu for lunch and dinner. Good place to chill out in life and that's about it.

I like this quiet place and very suitable for sunrise meditation facing the sea. The cleanliness of the beach can be improved. Loaded with some rubbish. I would suggest the owner to clear the beach at least once a week on Friday as more customers on weekend to enjoy the beachfront. I suggest to have a small mini mart too due to a secluded area. The restaurant is too painful to wait for food to be served. Had my lunch and dinner there. Lunch being served 1/2hr later and dinner was 1hr. FYI, ...

Friendly and very helpful staff, great location for a peaceful and relaxing stay

For the price, this is an ok accommodation. We just needed the night to rest, as we hv wedding to attend the next day. Smooth check-in and check-out.

Room is big with nive view but bed is hard. Breakfast selection is nice.

Good hotel..walking distance to food chains..

Room was neat and clean. The location of V3 Hotel is strategically located near several fast food chains, numerous restaurants which open in the evening, as well as hypermarts. This is the hotel to go if you value some serenity.

Room was clean and spacious, staff were approachable and helpful. Apart from this place being quite ulu, it provides great value for money. Would definitely recommend others to give it a shot ! For gym goers, the gym was pretty decent.
