The cleanliness of the property, the proximity to the shopping center, the quietness and the security of the place. It is really a nice place and would not hesitate stay there again on my next visit to Perth.

Stay was enjoyable in a spacious 2 bedroom villa. A small problem with the plumbing did occur during the stay but it was addressed as soon as I raised it and fixed within an hour. Very impressed with the service and response I received.

the property was easy to find; the directions were very precise and easy to understand which is not always the case. It was clean with everything you could want in a holiday rental

Midland haven was in a good location but quiet. Felt safe in gates nice outdoor areas, apartment was perfect for my stay recouping from surgery. But plenty or room for a family. Thank you for the Netflix and WiFi. I brought you s clock for the kitchen and left my jigsaw puzzle.Thank you would recommend and I will be back

Thanks for review. We are located near Midland Hospital and specialist hub in Midland. So Midland Haven is great place for family to stay and recover before travelling home to regional WA. Got Netflix and Stan plus WiFi. Appreciate the clock and jigsaw puzzle.

Our stay was great. The accommodation is convenient, close to the midland shopping mall with Woolworths and the train station being close by. Good for families. We also liked the BBQ.

Thanks Winston for reviewing our Aussie Chillout. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Midland Gate Shopping Centre is only a 250 metre walk. Train station is only a 600 metre walk. Nice back outdoor area for BBQ. Great for families.

Thanks Nola for review of our Aussie Chillout at Midland Haven - Midland WA. We are in a secure gated community of ten units. Carport for one vehicle. Pedestrian code required plus remote for gate. Comfortable two bedroom unit in the heart of Midland close to all facilities.

Thanks for review of our Aussie Chillout at Midland Haven - Midland WA. We are only a 250 metre to Midland Gate Shopping Centre. You can spend a good portion of the day exploring the shops and enjoy the food court. Also have ACE Cinemas for the latest movies on a rainy day.

Thanks for stay. We are located in a quiet secure gated community. Cater for groups and families up to 6 guests. Ideally located to shops, restaurants, cafes, trains, buses, airport and hospital. Great place for a base in Perth North East.

We needed a place nearby to Houghton's Winery for a family wedding. This location was ideal. There was also ready access to major shops and railway a station, both within walking distance.

Maximum no. of 8 guests. Great location to transport, shops, restaurants, cafes and hospital. We also have Stan and Free to Air TV apps.

Great place close to airport
Fantastic place for a family. Lots of room. Good beds. Laundry. Great kitchen with everything you need. Private parking. Great wifi with Apple TV etc. Walking distance to huge mall with lots of restaurants etc. In the area. Would gladly stay again.

Thanks Anita for feedback. Only 15-20 minutes by car from airport. Trains and buses within 600 metres. Shops, restaurants and cafes an easy 250 metre walk. Great for travellers with Wifi, Netflix, Stan and YouTube.

Midland Haven offers an alternative to motels, caravan park or luxury accommodation in the Midland area. Modest accommodation for family, friends or work colleagues. Close to hospital, shops and transport.

Modern home away from home
Beautiful clean apartment. Safe, gated complex. Quiet and clean. Well appointed with everything provided and then some. Took advantage of the outdoor facilities and bbq. Will definately stay again.

Back courtyard is bonus for BBQ and meal or relax and read a book or have a cuppa. Sunny in morning and shady in afternoon. Or chillout with your devices and WiFi.
