I have to make comment about the towels. The clean white towels had definite dark marks over them. Either your laundry contractor is not washing them properly or you need to replace the towels. This is the only complaint/comment that I need to make.

It was a little far from your local shops but there are food and dining amenities at your door step. The room availed was just perfect. It was clean. The common areas such as the corridor and the smell was a bit stale and could see specks of mud on the carpet. Parking was $15 a night reserved under Quest reserve. Book in advance due to limited lots. The guest service was accommodating when I tried to retain my room as part of the extension of my stay.

I regularly like to stay here and normally happy however found it unacceptable that our room had no wifi and when I approached reception they advised my room was known to have issues. Happy to take my money but not tell me this upfront?!

Innaloo overnight stay.
Room was very comfortable and clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast option was limited to individual packet of cereal, small juice and a muesli bar. There were very limited options for breakfast nearby. Otherwise we were very happy.

Customer service was not good. One the receptionist staff was having problems with communication with regards to the room. We got room but didn't get parking in the building. They ask my kids and myself to park across the road and walk to the hotel. This was not convenient.

Convenient location near motorway, Innaloo Westfield Mall anf Ikea. Sushi Wawa across the Rd has great food. No pool or outside relaxing area. No complimentary parking. You have to pay $15per day. Free parking is across the Rd in the ikea carpark, but you'll need to shift it as they have a 4 hr limit during the day. We'll appointed kitchen with Dish drawer. Good sized bathroom. 2 aircon units Washer and dryer. Comfortable stay, recommended property.

I booked two rooms on Expedia in the same transaction and they had no knowledge of us being booked together hence we were on different floors. we also advised we had a car but still could not park in the car park for the hotel. room was clean and big.

The staff were very friendly. This is a great hotel if you are popping up to Perth to go to ikea, straight across the road. There are good bars/restaurants within 2 min walk to this hotel.

How did parking availability become unnecessary. This hotel is not connected to the Airport or any other local transportation services. I was told that all Parking was taken....... Oh yes I forgot, also no direct access to the hotel even if you received a parking spot??? Walk around the building until you locate the entrance with all of your luggage.
