I booked through wotif, i then received a call from the hotel saying that my booking hadn't been received and that the hotel was full. This was worrying due to the short notice of the booking. It was suggested that i call wotif to work it out, i declined and suggested that the staff member do that. He did and called me back to confirm my room was reserved. Prior to arrival, i received a call from Sharon (i think), she confirmed that the room was ready, we checked in early. She was so polite and professional and is a credit to Quest, South Perth. Having owned and ran a business, i would consider her an attribute and her professional approach and dealing on arrival, was refreshing.
