Numerous phone calls politely answered for a high maintenance guest who crew went out of their way to assist. It is recommended to read through checkin information prior to arrival. Guest booked through Expedia which clearly states cancellation policy prior to booking. Guest could have booked directly but chose not to. Disappointing comments especially when Doug spent so much time with us on the phone. Possibly hotel accommodation may be better suited than full self contained apartments. Thank you
