"I highly recommend this hotel as a place to stay after trekking or touring the Maras salt mines, the Sacred Valley, or Machu Picchu. We stayed here after our four-day trek on the Inca Trail. "The sky dome is incredible. The views are breathtaking in the daytime and evening. The family are very welcoming and knowledgeable. The food is delicious. We did an alpaca and llama walk to an inca site which was a memorable experience."

"No me pude comunicar para avisar de mi hora de llegada. Nadie me abrió y solo pude quedarme una noche. La propiedad es hermosa pero el servicio es pésimo. La hora del checkout es a las 11, a la misma que un hostal. Usualmente los hoteles y bungalows te dejan hasta la 1. Se metieron al bungalow a limpiar a las 11 sin pedir permiso. Tienen que mejorar su servicio de sobremanera."

"Great location by the old airport which was a 15 minute shuttle bus away. The new one is being complete md soon & it will be walking distance from “New” International airport. The free airport shuttle was a great extra! "

"It’s the Little Things that Count! Hotel Souma completely exceeded my expectations. It’s not just a “nice” hotel—it’s the kind of place that quietly spoils you with little touches you didn’t know you needed until you had them. Think “why doesn’t every hotel do this?” kind of nice. The rooms are extremely comfortable, with thoughtful extras like a yoga mat (finally, a hotel that acknowledges we travel with bodies), and a magical water refill station on every floor! The beds come with a full pillow personality profile: fat or thin, soft or firm, they’ve got your neck covered. The staff are truly lovely—genuinely helpful, warm, and always ready with a smile or suggestion. The restaurants have great service and delicious food The location? Ideal. It’s the perfect blend of comfort, style, and substance. Would I stay here again? Absolutely! "

"The property experience was everything we could have asked for. We didnt eat in the hotel as we were there only for 1 night. Easy walk to restaurants and a nice park as well. After check out we asked to leave our bags while we explored the area. Planned on coming back to gather luggage and head out to airport.Took Uber to the ocean area and I unfortunately got violently ill. Made it back to the hotel and they were kind enough to extend me a late check out (until 8:30pm) so I could shower and rest before my 8 hour flight home to the US. Again- we’d already checked out in the am and instead of charging me a full days stay, I paid a fee for a late check out in a guest ready room for about 5 hours. I was beyond grateful for their kindness, sympathy and hospitality."
