"My family including a baby has stayed here frequently, at least for a week a month. The rooms near the lift lobbies are extremely noisy as the constant traffic means frequent buzzing of the doors as well as loud human chatter which starts as early as 6am. The reservation manager ignores requests for rooms away from the lift lobby. They don't reply to messages. The rooms are old and require maintainence.
