Not a good experience

When we arrive there were no prepared to received us and they couldn’t find our reservation. They give us other room after one hour. There is no room service and the room was very dirty. There were giant cockroaches.

Emplacement magnifique loin des tumultes de Patong avec une vue incroyable sur la baie. Facile de se rendre à Patong et autres avec un scooter location à l'hôtel. Personnel accueillant et très serviable. Par contre petit déjeuner pas terrible mais ce n'est pas important car vous pouvez vous faire in café dans la chambre.

das schlechteste Preis/Leistungsverhältnis

nach ein paar Wochen in Thailand, ist das das Hotel mit dem weitaus schlechtesten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Die Lage ist nicht schlecht, und man kann vom Bett aus das Meer sehen. Der Strand ist schön, allerdings fast nur von russischen Touristen besucht. Nach der ersten Nacht, wurde einfach vergessen das Zimmer zu machen. Wasser kommt sehr spärlich, und wird mit einer Pumpe, welche aber den Mitbewohner sicher aufweckt, wenn jemand nachts die Toilette spült. vom Personal weiss eigentlich keiner, was der andere mit dem Gast abgemacht hat! Frühstück gibt es auf Verlangen, und wir demjenigen, der gerade Dienst hat, hergerichtet....dauert aber länger...man kann das auch am Abend vorher bestellen....aber eben, am Morgen arbeitet ja jemand anders...für den selben Preis, gibt es Hotels in Thailand, die doppelt so viele Sterne haben müssten. für einen drittel des Preises würde ich ja nichts sagen. aber eben, ich werde mit Sicherheit nie mehr dort einchecken.

Hôtel au calme avec jolie vue

L accueil est correct ainsi que les chambres. Mais l environnement immédiat de l hôtel est sale. Par ailleurs le complexe à gauche caché une partie de la vue. Sinon cela cela reste correct pour le prix. Calme absolu.

Calm, cisy and quiet.

Away from the noise of Patong. You'll get an awesome view, private hammock facing the ocean and a big room for a very good price. I loved my four nights here. Very quiet place, placed right at the beach. It seems far away and nothing really nearby. But only 10 minutes to crazy city Patong.

Quiet & Calm hill station. Far from Main Area

Far from the main area. It's located on the hill so walking is not easy for every body. 40 to 50 min walking distance from Bangla Night Market The hotel is located at the beach but the beach is full with the rocks. No Traditional Reception Area, open concept reception desk. We used motorcycle.300 Baht a day. No breakfast arrangements. No shops around. No market close by. If you are looking for a quiet and calm water front, away from the busy life then stay here.

IL PERSONALE, SEBBENE VIA EMAIL RISPONDESSE BENE ALLE EMAIL, NELLA PARTE "A TU PER TU" PURTROPPO NON VALE NULLA. LA SPIAGGIO SOTTOSTANTE NON E' PULITA, E CI SONO DIVERSI ODORI SGRADEVOLI. Preis-Leistung gut - Lage eher schlecht

Die Hotelzimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und es gibt keine Gardinen die gegen Licht am Morgen schützen, wer also sensibel gegenüber Licht am Morgen ist, sollte DRINGEND eine Schlafmaske mitbringen. Die Dusche ist leider nicht sehr gut, da nur sehr wenig Wasser aus der Dusche kommt, und der Fernseher (haben wir persönlich eh nicht genutzt), ist sehr unpraktisch an die Wand genagelt (man kann nicht vom Bett aus fernsehen). Der Rest des Zimmers war jedoch in Ordnung und es gab sonst nichts zu bemängeln. Der Typ an der Rezeption bei unserer Ankunft konnte leider kein Wort Englisch, wir hatten also den ganzen Aufenhalt dort keinen Kontakt zum Personal. Da wir keine Probleme hatten, war dies jedoch nicht schlimm für uns. Für den Preis ist das Hotel gut, jedoch ist die Lage schlecht, wenn man Ausflüge machen will, oder auch öfters nach Patong will (ausser man hat ein Auto/Roller), da man jedes Mal 300Bath pro Weg schon nur nach Patong zahlt (laufen ist viel zu weit, sehr hüglig und gefährlich wegen Autos). Jedoch ist eigentlich immer ein Taxi dort verfügbar und es hat auch einen Strand direkt vor dem Hotel (jedoch starke Ebbe —> Morgens und Abends kann man nicht baden und hat viele Steine im Wasser), der Strand heisst „Tri Trang Beach“ (das Hotel ist NICHT am Patong Beach). Essen kann man nur im Hotel nebenan (90%Russen), sonst muss man zwangsweise mit Taxi nach Patong oder ähnliches. Alles ok, jedoch Lage nicht sehr gut.

Nice view

This hotel is located at inconvenient place but has really nice ocean view and wide balcony. If you want to eat something you can easily reach restaurant down at the beach. Also there are some motorcycle rent shop in front of the hotel and several minutes by walk. There was small bugs and trouble with remote control of air conditioner in room but If you don’t care about those things, I recommend to visit here once.

Beautiful room with an amazing view of the ocean

The reception is very basic with staff not understanding much English and taxis to patong beach very expensive, however all worth it as the room was beautiful with an amazing view of the ocean and lovely hammock on the balcony to relax in. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to those who are looking for a peaceful getaway from the busyness of patong but yet not that far away. With Paradise beach just downstairs this is a hidden gem in patong!!

overall was great if you compare with budget

I booked for 2 nights, the first night I got a room that the air conditioner, the water heater and a light in the bathroom didn't work. So, I called a front desk to solve the problem but she could not solve anything. Then, I asked to change the room. The room I got for the second night was good but no bathtub in the balcony. Only thing that is perfect is a nice view from the room and the decoration.

Nice hotel, but far from all the action.

The Hotel was great, except it does need some paint and some other maintenance. The view and easy access of the water is just great, however there is almost nothing else near by if you want to go out on the town. It is pretty secluded place so if you want to be able to go to town quickly this is not the hotel for you. The staff were all great but the wifi was hit or miss.

Cute cliff side hotel

Cute hotel on the side of a mountain overlooking the ocean. There are no shops nearby so renting a motor bike was a must. But the view was great and the hammock on the balcony was awesome to relax on.
