"Stay started poorly as the room was not ready even check in timing had passed. I was waiting at the lounge fortunately and had access to drinks and snacks. What was poor however was the bell service. I had to follow up with the reception 3 times to find out that my luggage which they requested deposited before I could go to the lounge was still with the bell boys and did not get sent up. Exceedingly poor service considering the empty lobby. Overall the staff are poor in service and didn't want to go the extra mile. Only good service was provide by Steve who took care of my family whilst at the lounge and got me my room as well as Rosie who made sure we were well attended to. Considering the money you are paying, I would recommend going elsewhere. The rooms were generally clean but nothing impressive."
