We had a great stay at the Pelangi. It was perfect for our family and young baby. She especially loved the splash pool and water slides which were perfect for children of all ages. The grounds are nicely laid out and relaxing. The service staff was extremely accommodating and made us feel very well taken care of. Would definitely return again in future.

We just spent 8 nights here over the xmas break. It's a fabulous hotel with great facilities. We particularly loved the beach view we had from our room balcony, where we chilled most evenings pre dinner. The location is great, there is an extensive breakfast buffet & the staff are super helpful & friendly. Highly recommend.

In all my travels around the world for years, this is the first hotel that i have experienced all the staff giving warm, hospitable smiles and greetings whenever you walk by them, irregardless of what their job is or they are doing. This property is really one of its kind, nothing commercialised about it. My mom really enjoyed the scenery and how peaceful it is here, it’s great for a relaxing vacation to just take your mind off things back home. It is the definition of slow living here, and learning to appreciate and be in tune with the beautiful surroundings and unique heritage houses. The Westin is a beautiful hotel. The rooms are modern,clean and comfortable. We loved the bed and slept very well. The food is excellent. We really enjoyed the seafood and the breakfast buffet especially. The staff can't do enough for you and are very approachable. There are a few pools, a lovely pool bar and enough loungers around the place. There was so much to do in Langkawi, we wished we could have stayed longer. We did jet ski, parasail, mangrove tour and cable car.

It was an amazing place with relaxing ambience. Service is top notch. love to come back again.
