"This was a nice, fun stay. This is def family friendly and great for the kids. There’s a great pool and even an adult only one on the roof. There’s plenty of activities to do daily and very close to the rest of Sentosa. They even offer a free shuttle"

"Bella (Customer Happiness) was a big highlight for me. She has pure sunshine energy and it was such a lovely start to the stay to have that reception and care, and onwards. Rooms: super-crisp and clean air con; wood-look floors, and a light, happy feel. Great for families - calming, soft aesthetic, lovely pools (a few types, so kids will be happy). Walk to Universal Studios, beaches, 7-Elevens. Free hotel shuttle bus (goes to beach and Vivo City shopping centre - nice staff bus driver guy) or the monorail for free with your hotel booking, and I saw some free public buses also. Love vending machines near lifts - normal supermarket pricing, plus complimentary wooden utensil packs. Filtered water tap in the bathroom was nice, and towels and sheets were very clean. Cute cafe downstairs (my kids loved the choc / pandan waffles), and have fresh fruit cups at fair prices. Improvement-wise - daytime room cleanliness was good (although having earlier cleaning / set time cleaning - while people are at breakfast so they can return to a made-up room, not going into the afternoon - would be best); and hallways need more attention in the evenings - more effort to take away wet towels, takeaway rubbish outside doors, and spills; and clean vending machine glass and windows near elevators (kids' hand prints). Overall, I would stay again. Next time, I’d probably book 2 rooms for more space. Rooms are on the smaller side, but that seems typical for Singapore. The location is epic."

"Wonderful Stay with Great Hospitality — Some Areas to Improve.We recently had the pleasure of staying at Sofitel Sentosa, and overall, it was a very enjoyable and memorable experience.A special shoutout to the all-day dining restaurant team serving breakfast and dinner — they were truly exceptional. The food quality, variety, and presentation were excellent, and the staff’s warmth and attentiveness made every meal delightful. In fact, we chose to dine in every day purely because of the experience they created. The property itself has a very calming and positive vibe. The ambience is serene, the surroundings are beautiful, and the staff across the hotel are courteous and welcoming. One of the highlights of our stay was seeing birds and peacocks freely roaming around — it added a unique charm to the overall experience. That said, there are a few areas where the property could improve: Cleanliness near reception area Upon arrival, the restrooms near the reception were not clean. While the staff responded promptly once informed, a more proactive approach to upkeep—especially in high-visibility areas—would significantly enhance the first impression. Swimming pool safety (especially for kids) The swimming pool is not particularly kid-friendly. It can feel unsafe for children without flotation support such as life jackets or inflatable tubes. Additionally, the lifeguard presence felt passive — there was limited proactive monitoring or intervention, which is an area that needs attn."

"room was run down evwn though good gesture by the hotel manager,basin was dirty,dead lizard in living room,malay female staff wearing specs at counter no smile and seems hostile,breakfast was so so,called room dining,transferred us but no answer,not once but twice and left us hanging there! asked for extra blanket,took an bour plus and need to call and remind...really cant compare with rws hotel such as equarius and ora or capella,quite a dissapointment in the room cleaniness and service staff"

"Not as nice as on line and photos. Rooms are big and spacious, but twice we had to ask for room to be made up during our 4 night stay. They came to do them at 5pm!!! Pool was large and fairly quiet but not kept as clean as it could have been, a lot of leaves. It many sun beds ! No bar area or food served by pool, just a friendly man handing out towels and water. No bar in the hotel, just one Chinese restaurant which was very nice and very friendly staff. Would I stay here again, probably not. For the money we paid out for the room, we don’t feel we had value for money. You have to get shuttle bus to another hotel to get anywhere, no one walks in the 30+ degrees heat. "

"First time staying here and I loved it. Great breakfast, best equipped gym I've seen in a hotel, great pool and location. But the best thing was the staff. Unfailingly cheerful, kind and helpful. Special shout out to Roland on FOH for unfailing assistance and Fish at breakfast. "
