"We loved our stay! The staff were very accomodating, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time! Our only disappointment was that the advertised pool side bar was never open at all over our stay, and the spa ( hot tub) and indoor pool aren’t warm enough. Especially in cold weather this is very disappointing. The buffet breakfast option is exceptional!!!! "

"Absolutely incredible!! By far the best hotel we saw around gold coast. True luxury and truly five star. From the moment you arrive, staff open the car door and greet you. The lobby glitters and the service at reception is smooth and welcoming. We were in an Executive Ocean Suite (1 bed). Our suite was huge! Realize big bed (super king?) and views from every room of the ocean, beach and pool. Electronic blinds and glitzy interiors. Huge bath. Amazing rainfall shower. We ate in the lobby bar, at the breakfast buffet and Akoya seafood buffet. All of them were fabulous but we particularly recommend the Lobby Bar for an evening and some sharing platters. The Jewel Cocktail was beautiful!!! We just absolutely loved this place and the only problem was that it ever had to end!!! "
