"Dirty and hot as hell, I guess that is why the theme colour is red carpets (turning black). Staff will lie to your face to get you away from the desk. I was booked for two nights and decided to cancel the next night. The "lady" at the desk said no problem and took my email to send the receipt the next day. Of course that never happened. Just pay the 3.50 to park for 12 hrs and sleep in your car it will be far cleaner and safer."
"It could be a lovely hotel if the staff smiled and had a clue what was going on. There was a lovely and friendly lady on reception, and one of the waiter serving in the evening was friendly, as was one of the bar staff (Josh). Everyone else seemed a bit surprised to have guests, and the women working at the bar weee positively rude in their demeanour.
