"The staff are delightful, friendly and welcoming. This is an absolute gem of a place that we felt looked after the moment we arrived at the jetty for the boat to the island. Our one bedroom garden suite was spacious and brimming with classic charm of the tropics. Love this place and will definitely visit again. "

"Difficult to rate. Initially the property felt tired and busy but it grew on us over our 4 day stay and there is a lot to like about it. Relatively good value and the food offerings aren’t overpriced and service charges are shown inclusive in menus which made it easier. I think the cheaper Forrest rooms are better and I don’t think I would want to pay for the superior sea view ones as they were closely spaced and not as good in reality as pictures. "

"Impeccably maintained property in the rainforest, with true attention to detail. Lots to do with watersport kit available, mountain bikes, scheduled activities for the kids (painting, cooking, nature walls etc) and adults too (walks, culinary experiences, cooking classes, yoga, circuits, spa etc). Rooms were well-appointed with a comfortable bed. Fantastic staff. Food was of great quality too. A great week.away, would have stayed longer, and will definitely be back. "
