"The hotel was well located for exploring Osaka. In a residential area close to transport. The staff were very friendly and the free coffee and water in reception was great. "
"Lots of amazing shopping and food options around the property. Large rooms and balconies, only complaint is the bed sheets and towels had odd burned smell to them."

"Great hotel once I found out how to get there by walking from Shin Osaka station :-) โ walking back to the station within less than 10 mins .. perfect spot to stay. "
"Super convenient for a one night layover in Osaka. 3 minute walking to Osaka Metro and 10 minutes to Shinkansen (with luggage).
Room was clean and comfortable. There was a large step up to the bathroom which might be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Bathroom was nice sized, beds were comfy. They stored our luggage for several hours after check out so we could explore a bit.
Breakfast was additional fee (I think?) But it was good and very convenient (though there is a family mart right around the corner).
Overall good price and great for a short stay!"
"Very clean hotel and friendly staff. Its very close to a station, making it easy to visit other places. The area is also very safe. I'd definitely stay here again!"
"Had one of the highest floors so noise was never an issue. Close to the station, so I was always able to do a nice, morning walk to the station. The room was a nice size and my view was amazing. Never had an issue with staff throughout my stay and were very helpful with anything I needed!"
"A rather unique setup in terms of its checking in and out and the apartment is very well designed in which you can do a bit of cooking if you wanted to. Thereโs a washing machine in the apartment which is very convenient for the guests to use too. Great location and pleasant environment. "
