We stayed at the Sanchaya for a weekend. It was my husband birthday. Everything was amazing. By far the best hotel I've stayed in my life!!! They gave us an early check in and late check out... they even bake a surprise cake for my husband... it was a big surprise even for me... They think in advance, their you by the first name... no words to describe how wonderful was our weekend at The Sanchaya.

I booked Alltrue Hotel Bintan after leaving another hotel due to safety concerns, and I’m glad I did. The hotel felt much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The room condition was much better, and I was able to finally settle down properly for my solo trip. As a solo traveller, feeling safe in the room is very important, and Alltrue gave me that peace of mind. It may not be a beach resort, but it works well as a comfortable base in Tanjung Pinang. What stood out most was the service....

Staffs are friendly and polite. Location is great especially the linked mall and some nearby shops.

Our stay at Mövenpick Bintan was an absolute delight, striking the ideal balance between pure relaxation for parents and endless entertainment for kids.

This property surrounding environment is nature and tranquil, room is spacious and clean, with the helpful and courteous staffs, the resort stays are perfectly good and enjoyable, a place cannot miss in Bintan island.

Had a great experience but cautious due to lack of reviews. Everything is new and clean, great experience with well appointed-rooms, spacious toilets and great pool near the golf course. Soft opening meant some teeth problems, you may wait a short while to get service but once received, the staff are fantastic (i remember names Faris, Bagus, Rokky and manager Carmen) who made the stay great. Room was as expected - clean, tidy, comfortable. The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful. Check-in and check-out was smooth. Will definitely return to stay.

Hotel provided complimentary pickup from and to ferry terminal and daily breakfast. Checkin and checkout process was fast and efficient. Everything was great!! Staffs were extremely helpful, room was clean and nice, pool was amazing! Really interesting concept overall. Only thing that can be improved is the food quality and options available within the resort, especially at the activity centre. Options are quite limited and the quality is 5/10 tbh. If you have time, it’s highly recommended to take cab out to Pujasera and try out their local hawker. Cheap and yummy!
