"The room is facing the main highway. It’s noisy at night. The shower keeps watching a bit even closed. The swimming pool is so tiny and the heating pool is closed. Overall, needs a lot of improvement. Thanks."

"Liked the convenient breakfast buffet, wish it changed a bit in variety daily though. Parking is very limited so had to do street parking the first night which is very inconvenient especially travelling with a baby."

"There was a staff strike when we were there. Our stay was not pleasant as the dining room, Starbucks, and the pool were closed. It was noisy at times as the strikers were making lots of noises with their shouting and drumming. We had to ask the front desk for anything that we need for our room, however, they were helpful. Overall, the staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. "
