"We were only there for one night, but it was a great experience. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The hotel was clean and our room was well-stocked with plates, cups, and silverware. (This was a big plus since we were traveling with a small child.) If we're ever in Vancouver again, I would definitely stay here."

"We stayed in the East Tower. Room was very dated and very beat up. Marks in walls, furniture and doors. No fan in the bathroom and no ability to change the room temperature. The suite rooms are not large and the pull out couch was so noisy we pulled it off the couch and placed it on the floor. Only one elevator was working during our stay and waits to go up and down were extremely (10-20mins) long. The hotel was obviously very top notch when it originally opened but it's well passed the time for upgrades; especially with the nightly rate. Pros were the pool and free/cheap parking. Fridge and Kettle in the room. Also great access to the Richmond Night Market and Skytrain."

"Cons: Flickering light in bathroom and in entryway. Silverfish in bathroom. Tub filled up during shower despite leaving drain open. Dingy shower curtain. Limited restaurants around. Unwilling of a late checkout. Very perfumey soap. Pros: Clean beds and comfy pillows. Good AC/Temp control. Helpful staff."

"This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The sheets were like plastic, I couldn’t sleep because it just kept making paper or plastic sounds every time I moved. The room smelled awful, there was no water, you couldn’t even provide a bottle of water for guest to drink? The room was noisy, the lobby was dark. I couldn’t wait to get out of there."

"Perfectly located and well appropriated hotel. Perfect for one night before cruise. It was nice to get off the plane and be right there to our hotel!"
