"We landed around 1am in Vancouver after a long day of travel. The shuttle service was great. We waited about 30 minutes for it but the ride was quick and comfortable. Check in was super easy. Even at 1am the staff was wonderful and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn’t use any of the amenities as we were only staying for the night and heading to Island."
