My Bed is a lovely bed and breakfast right across from the Vatican Museum. Ernesto and Paola are so kind and excellent hosts, they make your stay a really wonderful experience. Clean, comfortable, and in a great location!

Highly recommended for a Vatican visit

We stayed here to ensure early entry to the Vatican Museum for a tour. We were very impressed by the location, which is genuinely perfect for the Vatican Museum, but also by the cleanliness, accessibility, and comfort of the room. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. It was a perfect stay. Lots of perks, very informed help, and ensured everything went smoothly for us. Can't say enough good things.

Great B&B with very helpful owners

We had a great stay here. It is a B&B with great owners that take good care of the guests. The continental breakfast is good and is served with excellent service by the owner. The owner does a great job in giving recommendations for restaurants, site seeing, and any needed services such as laundry or forex needs. The location is excellent right next to the Vatican with just a ten minute walk to the Metro trains.

Beyond Expectations!

Our stay with Ernesto & Paola at My Vatican Bed Museum was exactly what we needed! We were there for one night. Ernesto accommodated us in every way. He helped us to acquire tickets to the museum in no time flat, greeted us with open arms and treated us like family! If you want ease in your visit to the Vatican, look no further!

Ernesto and Paola are amazing hosts. They are friendly, kind and warm welcoming people. They helped us with hotel recommendations and transportation issues. Ernesto and Paola are just lovely. Such amazing hosts and even with our limited Italian and Ernesto’s English we felt very welcome and they couldn’t do enough to help us. Ernesto helped us get tickets for the bus and Vatican and walked us there so we could find the tourist offices. He was very kind. We had fresh croissants for breakfast and toast/yogurt and crackers, fresh coffee and juice. The room was comfortable and had air conditioning which was a relief as it was 37 outside. Nice and clean and beds made up each day and room cleaned. We would highly recommend this b and b and it’s right beside Vatican City. Would definitely visit again

This is absolutely the place to stay in Rome. Ernesto and Paola made us very welcome and are fabulous hosts. The property is right across from the entrance to the Vatican and just a short metro ride to all of Romes attractions. Ernesto made sure we knew where everything was located and gave us a map too with recommendations of where to go and where to eat. All were excellent and they made us feel like we have a second home with them in Rome. Do not overlook this place, it is personable and everything we could have expected and more!!

My Bed Vatican Museum was an awesome place to stay whilst in Rome. We did 2 x 2night stays before and after a cruise. The location was convenient to everything and walking distance to all the major sight seeing attractions. The room was spacious, clean and the bed was very comfortable with views of the Vatican City directly across the road. The most impressive thing about this accommodation was the awesome hosts - Ernesto & Paola, they are amazing. On hand to provide assistance with getting around Rome and providing a delicious breakfast every morning, fresh croissants, great coffee and much more. We loved our stay with Ernesto & Paola. Awesome place to stay when in Rome.

Location … Location … Location!

This small guesthouse is perfectly located to explore The Vatican and other local sites: the Vatican Museum is literally outside your bedroom window and St Peter's Basilica is a 10 minute walk away. Accommodation is a group of three private bedrooms each with ensuite toilets and showers: it is sparkling clean and the bed was most comfortable. Ernesto and Paola are the perfect hosts: they serve a light breakfast of coffee and fresh pastry in their shared kitchen and are available to answer your every need. Thanks to these gracious hosts for a perfect first visit to Rome!

Ernesto and Paola are extremely kind and generous. The location is wonderful for access to the Vatican, and walking distance to many sites in the surrounding area (Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps, and so much more). Many nearby restaurants, cafe's, markets, and a metro stop if you wish to go further out. An affordable parking garage is less than a 5 min walk away for $20 per day if you drive to Rome. Our room was 1 of 3 on the 4th floor, each with a private bathroom (ample water pressure for showering) and a secure door. There is an AC unit in the room, but it was not needed at this time of the year. The room we utilized was spacious for 2 adults, with a comfortable bed, a wardrobe closet, a small table, a mini-fridge, and a couple of padded seating chairs that could be converted into twin beds for smaller children if needed. The common area serves as the lobby for check-in, and a cozy cafe area in the morning for the provided light breakfast and conversation with Ernesto if you wish to be engaging and share personal stories over coffee, or ask questions re; your time in Rome. The gem is really the effort Ernesto and Paola are willing to go to ensure your visit to Rome is enjoyable and memorable... I suggest you have WhatsApp installed on your phone to best communicate and receive images from Ernesto leading up to and during your stay. Be sure to leave them a note in their visitor's book, and smile wide for the group photo when you check out.

We enjoyed our time at My Bed Vatican Museum where we stayed for 5 days. The hotel is located in close proximity to the Vatican, so that alone was a plus. The room was spacious and well maintained. A light breakfast was complimentary, so that helped us get our day started. The owners, Ernesto and Paola were so friendly and welcoming to us. Their hospitality is exceptional! Ernesto gave us great tips on where to go and how to get there and Paola was a delight to talk to! I would definitely stay at "My Bed Vatican" again. Ernesto and Paula host a terrific B&B for travel in Rome. Directly across the street from the Vatican Museums entrance. A short Metro ride to other attractions such as the Colloseum, Forum, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. Room was spacious and clean. A communal kitchen area which came in handy. Ernesto and Paula were very accommodating with maps and advice/recommendations for restaurants. The light breakast was delicious along with great conversation!! Would definitely return 😊 Fabulous hosts!!

Our family had one evening in Rome prior to our Vatican tour. Wow! We lucked out. This location is primo! We walked out the front door and our tour started 50 feet away. Talk about convenient. We also scored a parking space directly at the front door. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Room and accommodations were great. Ernesto met us for check in and was so kind. He gave us a map, recommendations and tour of all amenities of the apartment. We went with his dinner recommendation and had the BEST meal of our entire trip. We’ve been traveling France, Belgium, Germany and Switzerland prior to Italy. The food and service were top notch. Loved our stay and hope to visit again one day. We were visiting from South Carolina, USA ♥️🇺🇸♥️🇮🇹♥️

We were referred to my Vatican Museum by a family friend who recommend it. We were greeted by Ernesto with warmth the day we arrived. He was informative, offered recommendations for local dining options, and let us know he was available anytime we needed it. Every morning we got coffee and croissants. During breakfast, we will chat with Ernesto and his wife who offered any assistance we need. We decided to extend our stay and Ernesto had no availability but he made arrangements for us to stay close by. The location is across the street from the Vatican & local shops and walking distance to the major beautiful historic sites Rome has to offer. Staying at My Vatican Museum made it more special & memorable with the hospitality Ernesto and his family offered.
