Needed a hotel close to the airport as arrived late & was travelling to a hotel on the south of the island. This ticked all the necessary boxes.

Property is wonderful. Pool, staff, & cleanliness are great! Building is well maintained. What stops it from getting 5 stars is that they say they have a bar on site, but they do not. I don’t drink, but if you’re hoping to get drinks by your hotel pool, this isn’t the place unfortunately.

Staff are great, rooms are lovely and clean 3rd time we have stayed here, twice we were unable to get in the pool due to it being green, needs a good clean with some chlorine

I loved this place! Location is very centralised, 7e is just 150m away, massage places is nearby and also quite nearby to the beach. Ample parking space. Also quite nearby to muslim restaurant, only 5 minutes drive away. Hotel is modern, luxurious feel, clean and looks quite new. Quite spacious also. We took the pool access and it is extremely convenient to play by the pool. Extremely worth it and value for money. The only downside is, the water heater can be quite slow at times and internet wifi speed is relatively slow at 5mbps average, and at times it could be patchy. But it is no big deal for us. Overall, highly recommended and the price is extremely reasonable!

High Risk of injury in Flooded bathroom
Staff wonderfull location to Nai Yang beach very good. Our only problem was the bathroom shower continually flooding the floor. This created high risk of injury when exiting the bath as the floor being completely flooded. I would not recommend staying here.

Ok to stay for 1 night. The bad review is for we booked in advance an airport transfer and highlighted the fact we were travelling with a lot of luggage and a 18 month old child.

For those with lots of luggage! : )
This is the perfect choice for those who prefer less camp-like conditions. There is ample storage space. Disabled should beware of deep jump out of bathtub, but there IS a bathtub. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. The pool is lovely. Elevators were nice. For the not-backpacker crowd it's a very good value. Excellent location, easy walk to restaurants and the beach.

Second time I have stayed for an overnight stop instead of an early start from Patong for an early flight from Phuket airport. Close to the beach, restaurants and only a 5min drive by free shuttle bus to the airport, its a great location

The property is only about 3 years old and looks like it is fresh out of the box. Excellent condition and cleanliness. The wifi is good. the breakfast at 200 baht is good. My rates were excellent. Free pickup and dropoff from the airport is a really good benefit. I only had one problem. The bathroom tub design is a little tricky. no problem for anyone up to about 60. but the step into and out of the tub is about 16" wide. No problem when stepping in, but a possible slip hazard when getting out.

Everything about this hotel was fantastic. Our only concern (although minor) was with that the wifi signal on the 4th floor was very spotty and unreliable. We had to go to the lobby to use internet.

Pool was dirty, no cleaning, no filtration and no attendant. No management on the premises - local sister hotel has 2 managers but refused to assist with complaint isssues. No English speaking staff - receptionists were very rude and seemed to think my complaint about the dirty and unusable pool was funny. My wife and I cancelled the remainder of our 3 week stay and went across the street @ $150 per night for remaining 10 days !!

Place looked quite new and is located close to Nai Yang beach. Helps that there is a currency exchange just below. The whole hotel had a very funky smell though.

Hotel generally ok, in a good location. We requested airport pickup, but got no confirmation from the hotel, and thier shuttle was not waiting for us, but when we were finally able to get in contact with hotel after arrival they did provide the pick-up. Hotel had an unfortunate smell. Breakfast was ok, but with very few options (no buffet). Reception staff were very helpful, but were not allowed to call us a meter taxi, and the hotel overcharged for trips by their vehicle.

Very pleasant stay
I stayed at the Airport Beach Hotel for 2 nights a few days ago, I booked a Pool Access room was was awesome. Very clean rooms, lovely salt water pool right outside my door, very comfortable bed & pillows which is hard to find in Thailand. Staff were friendly & helpful. Breakfast was ok, not great but certainly satisfied my belly. Very close to local markets, 7-11's, beach & restaurants. Enjoyed my stay there.

Excellent hotel. Excellent omelette and fruit etc for breakfast. One small problem was a minor infestation of small red ants in room 304 which I am sure they will correct immediately.
