The only place in HK which provide customer service and the staff are all very friendly. Going the extra miles to show you the way, giving you recommendations on where to go and when the room type which i booked is unable to add a extra bed, they provide me a complimentary upgrade to a bigger room as it’s my birthday. The hotel has superb nice view of Aberdeen and ap lei chau. It’s very spacious and affordable prices.

Not my 1st stay at Eaton. Room has improved and staff were friendly, housekeeping is great. Guest lifts can improve further but it’s less waiting time compared to my last visit. Will consider coming back again.

My sec time staying in Royal Plaza! Hotel is clean and convenient most important the hotel is big, super near metro station (Mong Kok East station) cut thru the mall and 10-15 mins walk to Mong Kok station. Nice food everywhere. Will book the hotel again! Cut thru the mall to morning market/nightmarket! Highly recommended. Kids friendly too!

Lovely hotel with many option to eat. Good choice of breakfast. Clean room and every 30 minutes having Pick up and Drop Off service to Airport and near by MTR station.

Great Service

Clean and quiet hotel. Convenient place with eateries around. A convenience store is opposite the hotel which made it easy to buy stuff. About 15 mins walk to the nearest Mtr which is reasonable.
