"This is an exception property all around! Houseyn and Liu (pardon my spelling) at the front desk were so lovely and helpful with our tour to Mount Pilatus, as well as making sure our 4 year old son Adrian was happy. (He loved his toy, kids keycard, and chocolates!) At the restaurant, Alessandro was a legend and the food soooooo good! Like traveling to Spain without the train ride. Will definitely return!

"Front desk is very friendly. walking distance to train station, restaurants and super market. Common eating area open during the day to have your own lunch or dinner. We really enjoyed the free coffee after a long day. Tasty breakfast with lot of options for everyone. Serving staff is very helpful. The hotel also held our bags free of charge after we checked out so that we can explore the city before leaving. Will definitely stay again."

It has an elevator, place is kinda like a small maze, some stair will be inevitable but not so much. Just a couple of steps.
