"Property was very Beautiful. However, there was definitely a miss with a few things. Like how they cleaned the room, or lack... Having to ask numerous times for face towels. And, the regular towels need to be replaced, they felt like sand paper. Breakfast was good. Dinner in the dining room with several options was good but the Italian Restaurant and the Mexican Restaurant was lacking... The Japanese Sushi was good. Overall, I would give it between 3.5 to 4 stars. "

"Great service, amazing views, we saw whales from the pool everyday!! Service was top notch and food was amazing. Rooms are perfectly set up with all that you need and great views from the balcony. Room service breakfast was great. Entertainment staff was great, Katia was really fun at casino night and my wife loved the candle making class!! Fernando was a great Tepenyaki chef, we have scene many chefs and he put on a show like we have never experienced."

"Absolutely great experience! We loved the resort, the views and amenities were so nice! But the thing that really stood out was the service. From the second we arrived, we were treated like valued customers. Special shout out to Jaime Pantojoe and Martin at World Cafe, Jorge from Seaside Grill, and Pamila Jon, and Brian from entertainment. They all went above and beyond and made us feel so welcomed and just made the stay extra incredible. Always happy, helpful, and kind. They are truly exceptional employees"
