A good place to spend time in the nature. 1-2 Nights stay would be good to enjoy the hot spring pools and massage.

Hotel is relatively new but a bit far from the town centre. Otherwise it was a good stay and the breakfast spread was more than sufficient.

Very good location, close to train station and there are of food and shops around. Hotel is clean and well-maintained!

I personally like to stay this hotel which I am familiar with surrounding area and hotel with good service except price a bit on the high side.

Hotel is located close to MRT and next to Taipei 101. Room is spacious. Staffs are helpful

The rooms were very clean and smelt very nice. We could see the planes at the airport. The sound proofing is quite good although I can still hear a little engine sounds at the dead of the night. Overall super good hotel and right next to the train station.

We travelled as a group of 3 - we all like the good location and amenities (walkable to the metro train, good gym facilities, good size of swimming pool and with washing machine+ dryer). We didnt get to try the onsen this round and will definitely return if there is a chance in the future! Just a small suggestion is to have clear instructions or indications on the room lighting. Pleasant stay overall!

Had an excellent stay at the shangri-la and will continue to use them during my future visits to Taipei. All the staff were polite and provided excellent service.The hotel rooms were large and had good amneties. The hotel is not centrally situated but it has a train station nearby around 5 to 10 minutes walk. All in all, worth the stay however there is one feedback which I will not deduct a star for as it is relatively minor. Please shangri-la, get better hair dryers.

Excellent customer service at the hotel. Staff very polite and helpful. Staff always greet guests with a smile and are very attentive to guests’ needs and comfort. Location is fantastic , breakfast is excellent, and so convenient to hop into a taxi as the taxi stand is right in front of the hotel. Location is tip top. It is just a traffic light away fm Shandao Temple MRT exit 6. There are 3 7-11s, a Family Mart, a well stocked supermarket & a McD within 10mins walk ard the hotel. Top convenience without the crowd like in TP main station or XMT. Staff always greet us with a smile & helpful. BF is decent & it is sweet touch to have snacks & beverages in the lounge until 11pm. Overall value for money for the room price paid. Very conveniently located right next to Daan Park Station, which goes directly to Taipei Main Station, and then a transfer away to Ximending. There's the famous Yong Kang St just 10 min walk away with lots of eateries. Multiple convenience stores within 5 min walk radius. The Cama coffee shop right below sells decent coffee at affordable price. Our room is the deluxe room facing the park, it's spacious for 2 pax, and comes with separate shower...

Walking distance to exit 1 from Zhongxiaoxinshengzhanyihao station. Two station away from Taipei station where you can take Airport MRT, HighSpeed train and TRA. Staff are friendly and helpful. I like the washlet toilet seats and provided Bath salt, although it only provide for one night where we stay two.
