Room had 8 bunk beds and more than enough beds for 6 people. With a lot of guests can feel like a dorm room. Two toilets and two showers were available. Washer available in room and costs 200 yen to use. A dryer is available in hotel but it was full of lint. We used a coin laundry place around the corner to dry clothes. Very quiet neighborhood a bit away from the city center.

Unique Boutique Hotel
Location just 400m walking distance from Tozai Line, Nishi Juichome station which is 1 station away from Odori Station. We are family of 5, sharing 1 room consist of 9 ppls beds, so it's big for us. Room is clean, very unique room with high ceiling, 1 shower room and 2 toilets. There are lawson and 7-11 nearby, MOS burger also just opposite the hotel. We like the hotel very much, will go back if have chance in future.

Close to subway station and convenience stores are nearby. This property is also available for hourly rental (4/8/16/24 hrs rental options) for local people and a bit noisy at night because of that..

The service was amazing, and the room was remarkable! The location was also very convenient, placed near the heart of Odori park. The next time I go to Sapporo, I will definitely stay here again!

部屋はとても広く家族三世代で利用させてもらいました。 洗濯機、洗剤、あります。 ただ、洗濯機利用するのに200円 洗剤は最初の1回分だけ。 ウォーターボトル（無料）と記載されてますが最初の人数分だけが無料で追加分は1本100円かかるそうです。 フロントの方に訪ねましたが 水が全部無くなったらどうしたらよろしいですか？とお聞きしたらいつでも言ってくださいと最初の方は笑顔での対応 ３泊だったので翌日フロントの方に聞くと １００円かかりますと今度は塩対応。 それならそれで、 ちゃんと最初から案内してほしかったです。 お水もかかるなら、洗剤もお金かかるのかなとおもったりでまた聞くのも躊躇い２回目はまわせませんでした。 こーいった細かいところの案内などは最初からしっかりしといてほしかったです。 あと４泊以上じゃないとお掃除等はないみたいです。 子連れとなると床もだいぶと汚くなるので一言掃除機などもお気軽にお貸しするんでとか言ってくれてたらもっと快適に過ごせたかなと思いました！ 色々と心残りはありましたが札幌市内での大人数での宿泊はオススメです。

14人部屋（セミダブル6シングル2）に4人で泊まったので、とても広い空間で、トイレも２つ、お風呂とシャワー室があり、冷蔵庫も大きめで、ゆったりと過ごせました。2023さっぽろオータムフェストがあり、checkout後も荷物を預かってくれ、助かりました。

コンビニもすぐ近くに2件あり、とても便利な立地です。 バスタオルなどのアメニティも豊富に使えて便利。ただ、使い終わったタオル類を回収するランドリーバスケットが もう少し大きいサイズだと嬉しいです。

삿포로 최고의 숙소
삿포로 방문이 네번째인데 그 중 가장 마음에 드는 숙소입니다. 침대마다 usb/110v 소켓이 있고 귀여운 침대 조명, 프라이버시를 위한 화이트 노이즈 발생기 등 세심한 배려가 느껴집니다. 2층의 게임룸 이용 못해본게 아쉬워서 다음에 꼭 다시 오고 싶습니다. 귀엽고 친절한 여성 스태프분, 오도리 공원 바로 옆에 위치한 접근성, 넉넉한 침대/화장실/어메니티, 나무랄 부분이 없습니다. 소음에 대한 불만 후기가 있었는데 저는 전혀 못느꼈네요. 가족/친구/연인 모든 여행객에게 강추합니다.

家族4人で利用しました。子供が20歳、15歳と大きいので、通常だとツイン2部屋なのですが、家族で会話したいので一部屋に宿泊できるタイプの部屋を探していました。 とても良かったです。天井が高く、家具もおしゃれで、心地よく、ベッドの広さも十分でした。寝具も、部屋着も心地よかったです。 また、スタッフの方の対応も親切で快適に過ごせました。 ゲーミングpcとレーシングゲーム機も申し分なく、旅行のいい思い出になりました。 今回は1泊でしたか、もっと長期滞在したいと思う宿でした。

お部屋はとても広く、綺麗で、快適でした。 お風呂は、1人で入る分には十分ですが、もう少し広いと快適な気もします！ 自分で契約していればそのアカウントを使って、テレビ画面でNetflixやアマプラなどを見ることもできたのでとてもおすすめです！
