"It was a wonderful stay and fairly convenient to the Shinagawa Station. Should have read up on the Prince Hotels in Shinagawa were linked by a shuttle bus. The Hotel grounds and lobby were welcoming, definitely will be my choice for next trip!"
"My stay at this hotel was great overall, staff was kind, room was clean, prices were decent and the location was excellent with close proximity to several train stations. Only hiccup during the stay was that once or twice the towels brought to my room had small stains on them, nothing mayor but just something I noticed that might have been missed by a quick working cleaning crew. Despite this, the hotel was excellent and I would definitely recommend it to others. "
"This is a nice little affordable hotel. It’s very clean and the staff is lovely. Close to station and to the temple where 47 Ronin are buried. Very good for the price! "
"The best aspect of this beautiful hotel is its staff. They offer the best concierge service, which is absolutely essential for Western tourists. After my first stay at the Westin, I decided to return because of the service."
"I could walk for miles to get a great workout from this property. It has pools, several restaurants, a great 7/11, a coffee shop, beautiful gardens, and taxis that are always available for departure. The location is next to many train stations and it is a 30 minute taxi drive to major shopping districts. Also, the shower kit is quality and amenities too. They provided free water for us everyday."
